Business English Telephone Vocabulary
Prior to the lesson, cut up the cards (might be a good idea to laminate them).
Give the sts the headings. Elicit possible phrases that could be used under each.
Next, give sts the vocab phrases - the task is to match them to the appropriate headings.
You can follow this up with a role-play - it is a good idea (if you live in a country where everybody has a mobile phone and calls are cheap) to actually get the sts to make the calls. Use the speaker phone function and send one student out the room to make the call.
