The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
A worksheet based on the film and book, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, by CS Lewis. The emphasis is vocabulary building and past simple with irregular verbs.
(I used this story to teach English to French children. We first watched the relevant chapters on a DVD in English with French sub-titles. Then we read, from the novel, the first 2 chapters in English, checking expressions or difficulties in the French translation of the book.
