School yard places and objects for a treasure hunt outdoors - a great party game or reward for the students´hard work
This worksheet has objects found in schoolyards. Thanks to CHARMED ONE, Elizabeth for her template. I made this worksheet to pre-teach the vocabulary in a powerpoint treasure hunt activity game. It has pictures of the objects to aid students in identifying the object in the textual clues in the treasure hunt, in case they are unfamiliar with the vocabulary in the clue. The treasure hunt clue cards game can be found here in a separate upload. http://www.eslprintables.com/powerpoint.asp?id=46395#thetop The teacher hides the clues around the playground/school grounds for the treasure hunt. HAPPY HUNTING!
The images made the file very large, so in order to upload it, I had to make the first page a jpg. However, I have included the template for you edit in images of your choice to personalize the hunt with objects that fit the environment of YOUR school yard. The third page is fully editable, and has fill in the blank sentences and a matching exercise to practice the vocabulary in the treasure hunt.
