The Copyright Wars #4 - The Defendants (U2)
All of this is written by me and original material...When this lawsuit came to court in our role play...I gave each side copies of and played in class recordings of the 2 songs in question, U2´s "All Because of You" and The Figg´s "Bus"...The similarities were recognized and debated...The Figg´s are a local band from my hometown and the dates of their recording preceeded U2´s. Also U2, as far as I know, has many song´s that have come into question by unknown and lesser known bands. The rest is primarily fiction.
