Hammurabi´s Code-Mesopotamia
This printable is a fun activity designed to give students a brief look at some of the law contained in the Code of Hammurabi (thought to be the first recorded set of laws in Western Civilization). In the worksheet, the students read an actual law from Hammurabi´s Code and then they have to decide which punishment, from the list at the bottom, they think Hammurabi would have chosen.
