This works well in both groups and individual sessions. could also be used in a good intermediate class or a class that loves speaking. There is also a vocabulary section to describe food. the purpose of the speaking section is to stimulate conversation and allow sts to agree and disagree with each other. The pictures serve to give them a focal point, but the discussion should not be only about them. A food idiom activity would also work well with this activity.
