When is your birthday?
Students are each given a name and they must become that person.
Students walk round the class, trying to find everyone listed on their paper by asking ´when is your birthday?´ When their partner replies, students must use deduction skills to work out what that person´s name is by asking ´is your name...?´
This game can be played in a race form, by ending it when one student has found everybody, or to allow slower or quieter students a good chance to speak, you can set a time limit.
I included my and my colleague´s name to make it more fun for the students but these are obviously adaptable.
