Where Do You Want To Go? EXPANDED VERSION
This is an expanded version of my Where Do You Want To Go? worksheet, intended for intermediate ESL classes.
There are two 2-page worksheets that are best covered over the course of two 50-minute classes. The first worksheet introduces students to the English names of countries with a short quiz. The students listen to the teacher磗 description of a country and try to both identify it on the map and write down its name.
The first worksheet also includes a mind map activity, basic, essential grammar, and group sentence practice about traveling abroad.
The second worksheet (to be covered during the next class) reviews the essential grammar. Students create a short 2-day schedule concerning the country or city they want to travel to, and then present their schedules with their groups.
