WH QUESTIONS
This is a 90 minute activity:
- Pair SS and give them a copy of the reading to each. Give each couple cut up passages and pictures, tell SS to take turns dictating each passage to each other, they cannot show the text, but they can spell the word to their partner if they have difficulties spelling the word. Take turns until they finish all passages.
-Hand out reading, ask SS what is missing from the reading (text and images)
-Have SS glue missing text and pictures
- Finally have them write WH questions and pass them around for others to answer
