Disco 2000- Pulp
First tell students that you are going to tell them a story. Make them believe you are the character in the song, tell them all about Deborah, your childhood love that was born the same day as you, etc... but stop after telling them that you arranged to meet her in the fountain down the road, in the year 2000. Make them predict and discuss what they think happened next. Then Make them listen to the song and find out. Finally they listen again, fill in the gaps, and then give their opinion.
