Food Clocks - Game
3 games suggested: 1.Give the time – Ss make sentences using the 2 items corresponding to the hour/ minute. e.g. T says ‘12.30’, Ss check the clock and say ‘I like apples with milk’.2.T makes sentences, Ss playing in teams shout out the time. If they are correct, they get a point for their team. e.g. T: ´I like spaghetti with butter.´ Ss check the clock and shout ‘It’s quarter to three.’ 3. Put a mark to assign another position for ‘12 o’clock’ (see instructions inside). Shout out the time: ´Three o’clock´. Ss working in groups write / say their sentences ‘I like sausages with peas.’ Have fun playing!
