describing your friends 2 describing your friends 2

This is a revised handout of a previous handout that has been posted on esl printables. I have added some conversation questions to the beginning of the activity and I have also added instructions for a very fun, communicative and competitive game for the students to play. This game is a lot of fun for the students and while they are playing, they are seeing real examples of how to use the target vocabulary; they reviewing and practicing parts of speech and learning to recognize patterns in words and in sentences that will further activate the knowledge they have and giving further practice in grammar and sentence structure. And they have no idea!!:):) I really recommend trying the game out with your students, its a lot of fun. As a final addition I´ve given some suggestions on how to end the lesson. Whether you want to focus more on speaking and conversation or you want to throw a writing activity in, I think you´ll find the suggestions useful and will certainly give the students the opportunity to use the target vocabulary in a free and communicative way. ENJOY!!
