Treasure Hunt
Use either a city map or a diagram of a building. Give the students directions (i.e. "start at X", "turn left",etc.). You have tp plan it out so that they will arrive at a specific location -- the pharmacy, restaurant, water fountain. The "treasure" is finding the correct location. After several times of you giving the directions, the students can then take turns giving the directions. Using a local map works great (google maps) or fire exit diagrams from the school.
