It is best to start class with an overview of going to the post office and why. Then I go through the vocabulary on the board. Then I read it with the class a couple of times. Then let half the class do one side of the dialogue and the other half do the other. After several readings I like to bring people up to the front of the class and let them act it out. It is fun and funny. Try to help them with there confidence. Acting out the actions that you learn from a piece of paper is a really process for learning the real meanings.
