Cut the cards(one card contains yesterday morning, afternoon and evening) and one student has to say what he did yesterday(using Past Simple of course)and the others have to guess what is his job. You can also practice Past Perfect if you tell your students to use structures like "Before I had a coffee break I had sung for 5 hours". The jobs are: singer, teacher, farmer, writer, nurse, boxer, housewife and accountant.
