A video listening lesson on wasting food - using ´The Perennial Plate´ video at Vimeo. Students watch the video on a man who eats food thrown away by a supermarket. This topic provokes quite a discussion in the classroom. There are also vocab and discussion activities too. A nice follow up would be to have students write a magazine article on the topic of wasting food. There are interactive resources and pictures which go with this lesson available at grabalesson.blogspot.com
