Find someone who..
This is a good review for lower level students. First, get students to write the verbs in the correct form (past, future, present, present progressive). Then work together to make them into a question form. Get students to walk around the classroom and have conversation. I usually tell students to ask 2 extra questions that are related to each question. For example, if the question is, "Do you like Japanese food?" and the student answers "yes", ask 2 more questions (eg. What´s your favorite Japanese food? How often do you eat Japanese food?)
