Worksheet to practise listening and speaking skills. The activity is about a man who wants to be put through to the CEO of a company, but he never gets through. There is a pre-activity on difficult vocabulary (related to phone communication) that is necessary for the listening practice. Then, the students listen to the man and the CEO´s secretary and fill in the gaps with specific information. Finally, the students practise a similar conversation using the prompts in the role play cards. Teacher´s notes with the key and the website address to download the audio file from included. I hope you find it useful.
