Clothes set 1 B&W Shopping Activity
(1) Ss do the simple conversation with the teacher (2) Ss get page 1 and some coloured cards (3) Ss move around to other Ss and do the conversation (4) if the S1 says to S2 "I want a red sweater please", then S2 must give that card to S1 if he/she has it. If he/she does not have it, the response is "Sorry I donīt have one". ___ The first Ss to glue 6 items of clothing (of their chosen colour) to their sheet and show the teacher is the winner. Activity suited more to bigger classes, say 15 kids or so, or more - I have 40 kids per class. NOTES: Page 2 is line drawings of the items that the Ss try to collect. To make use of this activity, you will need to have access to some coloured paper on which to print page 2, or you will need to get the Ss to colour in a page of pics and cut them up. A4 black and white. Editable. Enjoy.
