While this looks just like a simple reference sheet it should be all you need to teach your false beginner / elementary students how to tell the time. Give each (or at least every other student / pupil) a copy and then by illustrating on the board or using a large display clock get them to say the time you give. I wouldn´t prompt them too much... be patient and let them work it out. On getting the right answer from one make sure all others have registered and understand. Get them then to role play, insisting on polite forms.
