A ritual activity in which a pupil, volunteer or designated by you, pretends to be the teacher and asks questions to the class. You don´t have to do the whole sheet right away. You can add categories as you go. Pupils love it (they are disappointed when they don´t do it): it´s a great way to make them communicate and, let´s face it, have 5 minutes at the beginning of a class to breathe and remember what you planned.
