This is a form that will help the student review giving information about themselves and practice their basic language skills. The questions are basic, but review most topics students got to learn during the previous school year: food, weather, sports, animals, family members, clothes, etc. Most students like to talk about themselves so itīs a great way to get them going on the first day of school :) Also if you make them cover their names you can switch the forms and make students guess which is whose :) Hope you like it :)
