This beatles song can be used to raise students´ awareness of weak forms and contractions, introduce them , or revise them. For example, you could use this to teach the schwa sound (for example ev-ry-thing not ev-er-y-thng and contractions like should-u and should-of (rahther than should have), gimme, gonna. It can be used with elementary, but will probably be most successful with intermediate and advanced students.
