Learning shapes. Basic skills exercise. Read word together. Discuss how things they see everyday often have the shape being discussed. Have students trace shape in upper right hand corner with their fingers or colored pencils. Then have students create the discussed shape, by tracing the dots below with colored pencils. Finally, tell students they can color in all the new shapes ANY WAY THEY WANT!
