"In my suitcase, there is/there are ..." - Game / Speaking Activity

Students play in groups of 5, 6 or 7. The first student says "In my suitcase, there is [for instance] a laptop", the second students goes on "In my suitcase, there are a laptop and [for instance] some shoes", the third student goes on and adds an element. The aim is to have the longest list possible (in the right order). The students must try to break the record each time they play. I usually play with them and itīs quite difficult!
