Hi Everyone. I use this worksheet with any movie my students watch (this one is for the Wizard of Oz but you can change that. I add graphics around the edges depending on the movie and on the back I always put a crossword or other activity relatec to the movie (this one had a dress the scarecrow and write a sentence about what he is wearing). The kids write five new words in the first column while they are watching the movie and bring translations the next day. We discuss their new words before continuing to watch the movie with a second sheet. Two sheets per movie (two sessions of watching) and they get 10 marks per sheet (5 for the chart, 2 for the sentence at the bottom and 3 for whatever else the sheet asks for on the back). It keeps them focussed and busy before, during and after the movie. I like it because it is individual. Kids learn what they want to from the movie. Enjoy. Great for end of year! and end of term!
