Are you familiar with the cartoon characters Phineas & Ferb? If yes, great. If not, then your students probably are. Utilse Youtube as a source for the video / song. Have students predict the likely verb either by using contextual clues, rhyming sounds or old fashioned guess work. Students write in the number in the space o lyrics worksheet and then correct (where necessary) on listening. Use a ´lyrics´ video on Youtube to allow students to self-correct. Show the official P & F video from Youtube as a reward and encourage your students to sing along. Be warned - it is quite a fast delivery. May require more than one listening. ENJOY!
