(Work Placement) My work experience in a nursing home 4/8 worksheet

I work in a vocational school and my ss have to do a training session and furthermore talk or write about it. I therefore prepared a series of worksheets to help them preparing or reporting about that work experience, also to deal with customers at the phone. This ws is a sample report aiming at intermediate to upper-intermediate students. Reading and answering questions and highlighting specific vocabulary or structures they may later use in their own report.
