I work in a vocational school and my ss have to do a training session. I therefore prepared a series of worksheets to help them preparing or reporting about that work experience, also to deal with customers at the phone. This one is aimed at having them role-play and has 3 parts. First, they are supposed to have a phone conversation, and one has to fill in a booking form with the information given from the other. A 2nd ws provides main phone conversation vocabulary. A 3rd ws is an extra fill in the gap exercise to check vocabulary knowledge. Hope you like it !
