Link to video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cW6f96SgknY The changes for the French baccalauréat (year 13) require us to test the pupils on a video without giving them any help. However I´ve listed some questions that the pupils could answer if the video is used during the lesson or with younger kids. This list of questions may also be useful to give the teachers an idea of the elements the pupils should understand. The video lasts 2´46 (which is longer than what is required) however it can be either used during the lesson or cut for the test (for example from the beginning to 1´34) I used this video while working on the notion Spaces and Exchanges as I realised that my pupils all knew about Ellis Island but none had ever heard of Angel Island. They found the video quite easy to understand, which I also think is the case.
