Articles - Correct if necessary
This is a simple activity to be used either to practice the use of articles or to detect students´ problems with the subject. It could be used in a number of ways, as it´s simply a set of incorrect phrases (not all of them) to be corrected. I like, for instance, to start by having groups of sts discuss the phrases and try to correct them. I then regroup sts ´rotating´ the members so that each new group is formed by one member of each original group. Then I have them compare their conclusions and check. With advanced students, it will take something like 20-30 min.
