Jumanji: The Present Perfect Tense
A Fun and basic way to teach the PP tense. I first get my students to understand between experience, change and ongoing event. I watch Jumanji and then give them this worksheet. We go through the quotes then I explain the uses. The PP tense is very difficult for my French speaking students as they do not have an equivalent so I try to have them understand context more than the grammar. I find giving them these 3 ideas (Experience, change and ongoing event) is really a helpful start.
