Dream interpretation - Conversation activity
Class time: about 90 minutes. First I introduce the topic with a general information true / false sheet, not included because there are loads available on the internet. Then whoever wants to can talk about his real dreams. After this some students become the "interpreters who recieve individually the others who "want their dreams interpreted and possibly some advice". The classroom is set with small tables or desks and two chairs placed around the room. Before beginning this activity, I stress the fact that it is only the setting for conversation and that each person should invent the dream and the interpreter should invent also. I have used this several times, only with adults, and it does get them talking. If thereīs time, I take the last 5 minutes to get feedback, impressions, comments etc.
