Lucky - Jason Mraz
Divide class into 2 groups and distribute sheets according to the group number on the sheet. Each group has a set of words from either Verse A or B of the song. First, have the students make hints for their own set of words. They then take turns giving hints till both groups have word sets for both Verse A and B. Have students then listen to the song and choose words from their word set and fill in the blanks of the corresponding verse. An extra activity is for the students to put the lines of the bridge in order as they are jumbled up. My class really enjoyed this activity! Hope yours do too!
