Never There (Song) by Cake
I have had success with this song. It is fast-paced so it brings up the energy in the classroom. It can be used for straight listening practice (it´s on the fast side, but still clear) or it can be used for showing the difference between "your" (adjective pronouns) and "you´re" (contractions).
