Deciding punishment as a judge
My students love this activity because it questions their own values and beliefs, since the motives of crimes for the cases in this worksheet is not really your typical criminal cases that involve primarily greed. This lesson took about 30 minutes, because it involves a lot of debating among the students. You can use this lesson as a writing or speaking activity.
