Practice with the Three Conditionals
In this sheet the same (more or less) five sentences are written in each of the three conditionals (habitual, unreal and simple.) I use this by cutting the sentences into strips, distributing them to the students, then having the students read each sentence and say which conditional it is. Students could also work in groups to reassemble the sentences in the correct groups. It seems a little silly, but I find it really helps students to understand both the difference in meaning and the difference in structure.
