I created a new version of my "Canadian Symbols Scavenger Hunt." I use this activity in 2 ways: 1. For younger students, you can do a kind of Scavenger Hunt. Cut out the cards, and then hide them around the classroom (i.e. under tables and chairs, behind the door, etc.). In partners, the students must look around the classroom, find a card, read it, find the answers in the text, and write them down. 2. For older students, you can still cut out the cards, but instead of doing a Scavenger Hunt, you can rotate the cards around the class (i.e. rotate the cards every 2-3 mins.) until the whole class has all of the answers.
