Language Point-Practicing Questions in the Passive Form Level-Intermediate Time-20 minutes Procedure-This is a jigsaw reading activity. Half the students should get worksheet A, and the other half should get worksheet B. Students read a short text about the history of California in which some of the key pieces of information have been taken out. They should write out a set of questions in the passive voice (eg: ´When was gold discovered at Sutter´s Mill?´) and then work with a partner to fill in the missing facts.
