With many states now adopting the Common Core standards, we have to get our students prepared to take tests that reflect these new standards. This activity is designed to utilize the QAR (Question Answer Relationship) strategy after the students have read the short story, All Summer in a Day. They have to go back and highlight answers to prove them in the text.
