This is a worksheet I made for my middle school students to help them practice using their new dictionaries. The worksheet is designed to help them understand what information they can find in their dictionaries and the importance of recognizing parts of speech to get the correct definition. It also gives them practice at putting words in alphabetical order so they are better able to look words up in their dictionaries. It is designed to be used with the Oxford English Dictionary for Schools, 2012 edition.
