Whatīs on TV?
An introduction to talking about television through the use of TV guides. Short listening exercise, writing exercise and a try it yourself section for speaking practice with a partner. Uses current American TV shows.
This version is suited to a slightly higher level of English learners. The how to read a TV guide explanation is very basic and brief and, because it is small, can be a little be difficult to read. The TV Guides for the activities are also small and require the students to think about the question they need to ask as well as to fill in the answer.
