This lesson plan should be very helpful for those with students who are of an intermediate level. A good idea is to chop up the dialogue. Give the students the first, last or even middle sentence and get them in groups of two or more to put it together. When this activity is completed they can then practice the dialogue. I usually let the students when they are playing the part of the front desk clerk look at the dialogue sheet, but not when they are playing the part of the guest.
