08 Top of the Pops (Song Lyrics) Rhianna, ‘We Found Love.’ Listening Comprehension and Vocabulary
An editable worksheet to help learners practice listening skills and vocabulary.
Teacher’s Instructions are included on separate page:
1. Find the music video here: (YouTube link provided)
2. Give students the worksheets
3. Check the meaning of each word in the Vocabulary Box
4. Tell students that they are going to listen to the song twice and they must complete the gaps using the words from the Vocabulary Box
5. Play the song again, this time, pausing it before each gap, giving your students opportunity to shout out the missing word.
6. Make sure everybody has completed their song and there are no missing words. This would also be a good opportunity to discuss any expressions/phrases/idioms/unusual words.
7. Play the song for the final time, but this time, everybody sings along!
