Hi, Here´s a simple worksheet that I´ve prepared for my students and I think it may be useful for my fellow teachers. Basically it is lyrics the well-known classic "Close to you" by The Carpenters. Some of the words in the lyrics were cut out. Usually I let the students listen to it for two to three times. The first time is for them to have a brief idea about the song. The second and the third time is for them to listen and fill in the missing lyrics at the same time. If they are having trouble with the listening part, they can also use their comprehension skills to make-up some answers.
