Guess where
I think that playing games is not only an ice breaker when our students seem too bored or shy to take part in speaking activities, but also a powerful instructional tool.
You can use this activity/game to stimulate speaking and interaction abilities. Students need a lot of practice to internalize new vocabulary and for the practice to be meaningful, students must be engaged and interested. So, what better than games?
You can follow up this activity with a webquest or a project of Art. You can even dramatize it!
