Truffle hunt Evolution game
-concept: This game is played just like battleship, but instead of battleships, students have to find truffles. And here is the twist: All students start as pigs. In order to return into humans they have to find the truffles, their opponents hid in the alotted time.
- extension: You can extend this activity by creating an evolution ladder, starting from pigs followed by humans, smart guys and gods. Change the task (battleship to return into a human, crossword to turn into a smart guy, reading or interview test to turn into a god
- items: stopwatch, set a time limit, in which the task is to be fulfilled

- setting: play in groups (pairs of 2 play against each other) feel free to adjust depending on the level of the student
- How to play:
1. explain that all studenyts are pigs, to return into hummans they have to find truffles in 15 minutes. you can even evolve farther.
2. demonstrate, don´t explain too much
3. build groups and start the countdown.
*I used this game with a ppt, it was a great success. My students enjoyed this activity a lot
