Weekly activity playing cards
In this game students ask each other about the weekly activities of four different characters. Print 4 copies of the card backs (Page 5). Put these back into your printer and print the card fronts (pages 1-4). Yes sorry, you will have to throw away 8 white cards. Cut out the cards and write the name of each of the characters on 4 separate envelopes. Download and print the character sheets. Use these sheets to sort the cards out so that you know which card to put in which envelope. Download and print the activity Flashcards (3 sets).
How to play
Present flashcards to students then give each child a character sheet and ask them to find their activities amongst the flashcards. Give an envelope to each child with the name of a different character . Students direct all their questions to the student holding their character´s envelope. Student asks if their character does a particular activity on a certain day.
A - Does Thomas go windsurfing on Mondays?
B - Yes, he does. / No, he doesn´t.
If the answer is ´Yes´ B gives A the corresponding card.
