In this game students divide in 2 groups. In one group there are the job headhunters, in the other one the people hunting for a job. These one are subjects with particular problems, which can constitute a limit for the job they wish to do. The couples have to create a dialogue where the job headhunter should be able to mentor the person assigned in the best way and help him/her to find solutions to overcome they negative traits and get thejob they are striving for.
