Charades with drawing and speaking. Board game with cards for teams or individuals
A board game. Almost 30 cards with 6 words to draw or show or describe. The class is divided into teams and they guess. Those who can guess the word in their mother tongue get 1 point, those who guess it in English get 2 points. The vocabulary was selected from Family and Friends 1 and 2 and Smileys 1 and 2 in order to be easy enough. I my printed version I also added a translation in their mother tongue, so that they do not have to ask me about unknown vocabulary. But the language of communication must be English.
